YDY is a "kart style" fitness game that dynamically adjusts based on your heart rate. Races are formatted as high-intensity interval cardio workouts, mirroring the structure of a fitness class.

HOW IT WORKS

Races are structured as high-intensity interval cardio workouts with varying periods of activity and rest. New races are introduced weekly and are set in diverse environments like Miami Beach, Ashokan Forest, Space, among others. Each workout experience is unique.

Your character moves faster as your heart rate increases! However, it's crucial not to exceed 90% of your maximum heart rate; surpassing this threshold will overburden your Hyperpack and decelerate your character's progress.

The optimal strategy involves finding the sweet spot where you are exerting yourself to the max while maintaining pace and leading the pack!
